Sometime after migration, you might stuck in redirect loop like below.

This lead to user not able to view the website and you might not be able to access WordPress Admin as well.

One of the common cause is mismatch in SSL.

Check your Cloudflare SSL setting and change to Full instead of Flexible.

Then try to reload your web again. Verify with Incognito mode and your mobile.
