Several client accounts require us to run few campaign objectives such as traffic (WhatsApp) and conversion. Therefore, during daily campaign monitoring, it is important to have a structure view on these campaigns.
You need to have proper column setup and navigate Facebook Ads manager effectively. For example, if you want to review conversion campaign, you need to select conversion column first and filter all active campaign related to conversion.
Next, I would filter by campaign name that contain “Prospecting”.
The reason behind this I want to have a clear view of what I am going to review.

Most of the time, I will review winning campaign first. These are some questions that I would ask myself during the review of winning campaign:
- Which campaign perform best?
- Which ad set perform best?
- Which ads angle, creative, headline perform best?
- Does the data show significant result that you can make conclusion the ads perform well with certain type of angle?
- In order to scale, I need to develop more variation of winning ads angle. Which angle is that?
- In order to scale, I need to have more targeting option – Have I tried more than 10 interest using the winning ads angle? Have I triedNext I would review losing campaign and the question as follow:
- Why it didn’t work? Is it due to ads? Or simply overlapping interest from winning campaign?
- Which ads doesn’t work – does it show consistent low performing on 14, 7 and 3 days time period?
- Can I turn off the campaign, ad set or ads did not perform as expected?
- What should I try next? More targeting? Lowering the budget?
